About Casa Manx

Located in the heart of San Miguel de Allende, Casa Manx is a sunny, light-filled, modern, comfortable house close to the best cultural and culinary offerings of this UNESCO World Heritage city.

Casa Manx is a two bedroom, 2-and-1/2-bath house with the first bedroom and sitting area on the ground floor with kitchen, bath and washer/dryer. The second floor has a sunny gourmet kitchen/dining room with a living room, 1/2 bath and office. The third floor has a king size bed master bedroom and bath, a washer and dryer, and front and back outdoor terraces with seating. The house has two gas fireplaces and hot water heated floors on two levels to keep you comfortable and a large skylight to add the sun’s warmth. The house and terrace comprise about 2000 sq ft and the design is a on a unique pie-shaped lot with the front rooms facing the street, being the widest dimension, tapering back to a point with a vertical garden/light well.

Equipped with all amenities, Casa Manx is steps away from charming cafés, unique shops, and excellent restaurants. For those preferring to create their own meals in the kitchen, shopping is a breeze with grocery, fresh fruit and vegetable markets within a couple of blocks away.

It is 2 and 1/2 blocks from the center square of San Miguel, the Jardin with the magnificent Parroquia — our iconic gothic styled landmark. The Centro colonia (neighborhood) of San Miguel is the best location in the city and the house is an easy walk with a slight incline to reach the Jardin. If you prefer, cabs are plentiful and inexpensive to reach any part of the city.
